TMZ: Lucian Piane, formerly of RuPaul’s Drag Race, was struck and killed by a car in L.A. Monday. He was 46.
Piane, a composer, provided music for RDR from 2009-2012. In 2016, he earned the contempt of many of his former fans when he spoke out against Hillary Clinton, claiming Trump and Pence, in spite of being anti-gay, would not be “warmongers” and “people are dying.” (Flash-forward to Trump taking us into Iran.) He also had a social media breakdown during which he called RuPaul the N-word and accused Jews of playing the victim card.
At that time, RuPaul urged compassion, rather than clapping back, and Piane later claimed his breakdown was from marijuana psychosis, but observers knew better than that.
On August 7, Piane posted, “Sober over a year and getting back in the game.” But by a few days ago, he had posted a long, disturbing video showing him under the influence of something as he wandered the streets of L.A at night in search of handouts. Angrily denying he was on meth, he at one point could be seen crossing a street, saying, “I’m not jaywalking. You can do this in L.A.”
He had to have died not long after that, within hours.
Condolences to his friends, who I’m sure have had a nightmarish time trying to help him and hoping for the best possible outcome.

She is alleged to have attacked ambulance and health care workers, too. And she chalks it all up to stress and missing some of her meds. I don’t accept this. Plenty of other people have her ailments and don’t do this.
