The combination of nostalgia and sentiment has me, and I mean this literally - dizzy as I read this. Maybe it is my brain fluttering through memories in the filing cabinet of my mind. Maybe it is neurotransmitters firing up to resurface memories I'd forgotten I had. Maybe the overwhelming sentiment for the ephemeral past which I just can't put my hands on.
