Got to meet him at the Rocky Horror reunion at the Beacon Theatre and then saw his brilliant performance of Mozart in Amadeus. Fantastic actor and his memoir Vagabond is worth a read. Enough celebrity passing for one week!
I vividly remember seeing the midnight showing of The Rocky Horror Picture Show at a wonderful old cinema in Georgetown back when I was in college a half century ago. It truly was life changing! I recently read Tim Curry's memoir and was very surprised that he did not discuss his romantic life at all. Best comment I read online today after learning that Tim Curry, also 80, died on the same day as Dolly Parton: "God you keep picking the wrong 80 year old! You're really bad at this!"
